Standard Laminated Wall Chart – single

The Remember-I’m-Me laminated wall care chart has been designed to assist in the care of  people who may struggle to communicate their needs and preferences.

Symbols enable a carer to find the information they need quickly and easily and the wipe-clean surface allows the information to be wiped off and updated as often as necessary.
