We do what we can to keep post and packaging as low as possible, and use a mixture of Royal Mail and couriers to ensure we get best value.

We are occasionally asked why we apply VAT to our delivery charges when Royal Mail do not charge VAT. We have double-checked our position with HM Customs, and they have confirmed VAT has to be added because we are offering the ‘service’ of packing your goods, not just posting them. Sorry about that! For those who can reclaim VAT our invoices do identify the VAT element of what you have been charged.
